The service

We generate leads for the construction industry. A lead is an introduction to a property owner who requested work. We offer that introduction at a fixed price per lead, on commission, or for a flat fee. We do not perform construction, and we do not guarantee that a contractor will win the job.

Fixed-price leads

The contractor pays the agreed price for each lead delivered. The charge applies whether or not the property owner hires the contractor.

Commission leads

The contractor pays the agreed share of the job closed from the lead. If the contractor does not close that job, no commission is due on it. The contractor is responsible for reporting closed jobs that came from our leads.

Flat fee

The contractor pays one agreed price for lead generation. That price does not change with the number of leads delivered or the number of deals closed. A flat fee is usually agreed after a track record of leads and closings has been established.

Calls and text messages

By texting (480) 788-4757 or by asking us to text you, you agree to receive messages about lead programs and this business. Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
