Construction Leads Network, LLC

Leads for construction companies.

We sell leads three ways: a fixed price for each inquiry, a commission when you close the job, or one flat fee that does not change with the number of leads or closed deals. More than 30 years of experience in the construction industry.

Leads are for the contractor who will do the work. We do not build the project.

Three ways to pay

Fixed-price leads

You pay an agreed price for each lead we deliver. The price is set before you start. You pay whether or not you win the job.

Fixed-price program

Commission leads

You pay a share of the job you close from the lead. The fee follows the work, not the inquiry.

Commission program

Flat fee

You pay one agreed price for lead generation. It does not change with the number of leads or the number of closed deals. This is usually set after a track record of leads and closings.

How a lead moves

  1. 1
A property owner asks for work.
They describe a construction or home-improvement job on a site we operate.
  2. 2
    We take the inquiry.
Name, phone, location, and the work they need.
  3. 3
    You get the lead.
It arrives under the program you chose: fixed price per lead, commission, or a flat fee.

Questions contractors ask first

What is the difference between the three ways to pay?

A fixed-price lead has one agreed cost for each inquiry. A commission lead is paid as a share of the job you close. A flat fee is one price for the lead-generation service, and it does not change with how many leads you get or how many deals you close. The flat fee is usually agreed after a track record of leads and closings.

Do you do the construction work?

No. We generate and deliver the lead. The contractor does the work and owns the customer relationship after the handoff.

Do you guarantee I will win the job?

No. A lead is an introduction to a property owner who asked for work. Hiring is between you and that owner.
