CLN Construction Leads Network

How it works

From a request to a lead on your phone.

Property owners ask for construction work. We package that request and deliver it to a contractor on a per-lead, commission, or flat-fee program.

  1. 1
    The owner describes the job.
They use a website we operate and say what work they need, where it is, and how to reach them.
  2. 2
    We receive the inquiry.
We keep the contact details and the project description together as one lead.
  3. 3
You receive it under your program.
Per-lead contractors pay the agreed price for that lead. Commission contractors owe a share only if they close that job. Flat-fee contractors pay one price that does not change with the number of leads or closed deals.
  4. 4
    You call the owner.
The estimate, the contract, and the construction are yours. We do not send a crew.
A contractor checks a phone beside a blank clipboard inside a framed house.
A lead is the introduction. The bid is yours.

How a lead is sent

Leads can be sent in several ways.

Telephone calls

  1. The call is redirected to your company’s telephone number, and you talk directly with the customer.
  2. If no one answers your company’s telephone, an email is sent to your company’s email.

Online inquiries

An email is sent to your company’s email, with the voice call and a transcription of the call.

What is on a lead

  • The property owner’s name and phone number
  • The city or area of the job
  • A description of the work they asked for
  • The trade the request belongs to

Some owners add email or timing. We pass along what they gave us. We do not invent project details.

What a lead is not

  • Not a signed construction contract
  • Not a promise that the owner will hire you
  • Not a crew, a permit, or a materials package

Compare the three programs or call us.
